When you buy a design or claim a free one, we collect the email address you provide and basic purchase details (which design, price, date). We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, address, or phone number to buy a design.
Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We never see, receive, or store your full card number, PayPal password, or bank details — those are handled entirely by Stripe/PayPal under their own privacy policies and security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).
Download links and free-design offers are sent using Resend, a transactional email service. Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver the email you requested — it is not used by Resend for marketing.
Design images are hosted on Cloudflare R2. Viewing or downloading a design may involve a request to Cloudflare's infrastructure, subject to Cloudflare's own privacy practices.
We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember: which designs you've added to a 5-design bundle, which designs you've "liked," and whether you've already claimed your free design in this browser. This data stays on your device and is not sold or shared with advertisers. We do not run third-party ad-tracking scripts.
When you visit our site, our server automatically logs the IP address the request came from, together with the date and time. We use this only to produce an aggregate, anonymous view of roughly where our visitors are in the world (e.g. an internal map showing "some visits came from Poland, some from the US"). We do not link IP addresses to your email address, purchase history, or any other personal identifier, and we do not sell or share this data with advertisers. IP addresses may be looked up against a third-party geolocation service (ip-api.com) solely to determine an approximate city/country, and the result is cached on our server rather than re-queried on every visit.
We do not sell your email address or purchase history to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you've explicitly signed up for the free design offer, and even then only design-related communication.
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about your email address, or to delete it, at any time via our contact page. Note that we may need to retain basic transaction records (not full deletion) for a limited period to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
