Qubivibe ("we", "us", "our") operates qubivibe.com, a store selling digital art files (print-on-demand designs and tattoo stencil artwork) for personal use. If you have questions about these terms, contact us via our contact page.
The core product sold on Qubivibe is a digital file — a high-resolution PNG image (up to 300 DPI) delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical product for a standard design purchase. You may use purchased files for personal projects, including uploading them to print-on-demand services (t-shirts, mugs, stickers, tattoo stencils, etc.) for your own use or for items you sell that you have customized with the design. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw digital file itself as a standalone product.
Separately, Qubivibe also offers select designs as a ready-made physical t-shirt you can order directly on the site — see Section 3 below for how that physical order is fulfilled.
When you order a design as a physical t-shirt through our on-site builder, Qubivibe does not print or ship the garment itself. Your order, shipping address, and the design file are passed to a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner (currently Printful), who prints and ships the physical t-shirt directly to you on our behalf. Printful's own production timelines, print quality standards, and shipping carriers apply to these orders.
Physical t-shirt orders are reviewed by us before being sent to print. Because each shirt is printed specifically for you after your order is placed, physical t-shirt orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the design you ordered — contact us via the contact page within 14 days of delivery in that case and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
Estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and taxes/duties (where applicable) are shown before you pay and depend on your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Prices are shown in USD at checkout ($2.99 per single design, $5.99 for a 5-design bundle at the time of writing — current prices are always shown on the site before you pay). Payment is processed securely by Stripe and/or PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.
Digital files are delivered instantly after successful payment via a secure, time-limited download link, either shown on-screen or sent to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, working email address and to download your file(s) before the link expires.
Because digital designs are delivered instantly, all sales of digital files are final once the download link has been issued (see Section 3 above for the separate refund terms that apply to physical t-shirt orders). We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or failure to download the file within the link's validity window.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom: under applicable consumer protection law you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By completing your purchase and receiving immediate access to your digital download, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with the digital content exception to the right of withdrawal.
If a file is genuinely corrupted, missing, or the download link fails to work due to an error on our end, contact us via the contact page within 7 days of purchase and we will fix the issue or provide a replacement download at no extra cost.
From time to time we offer one free design in exchange for signing up with your email address. This offer is limited to one free design per email address, ever. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time.
All designs are original artwork created using AI-assisted tools, and remain the intellectual property of Qubivibe. Purchasing a design grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the file as described in Section 2 — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork to you.
Qubivibe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased designs, including but not limited to issues with third-party print-on-demand or tattoo services you choose to use the artwork with, or delays/defects caused by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (see Section 3).
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
